How to Place an Order with Prints Made Green:

Step 1:

To place an order, simply add the items you would like to purchase into your cart by clicking the ‘add to cart’ button.  Every time you add something to the cart, it will automatically take you the shopping cart to checkout.  If you need to add more items, simply click the ‘CONTINUE SHOPPING’ button.  Once you are finished shopping, make sure you are in your shopping cart (you can always click the ‘MY CART’ link on the top right page of your screen to get into the cart) and under the ‘Estimate Shipping and Tax’ please enter your country, your state, and your zip code and click ‘GET A QUOTE’. Please review your shopping cart to ensure that the items are the correct model numbers, size, quantity and color.

**To change the quantity of the product, change the number that is listed in your cart and click ‘UPDATE SHOPPING CART’. Quantity should be changed before checking out.

Step 2:

You can log in to your account if you are a returning customer. Otherwise, you can just shop out as a guest.

New customers should create an account. There is a checkbox under the country to ‘Create an account for later use’.  If you do not have an account, we would highly suggest checking that off and creating your password.  If you are having trouble creating an account, please contact Customer Service via email or call 1-631-225-6390. In addition, if you are not comfortable with ordering online, you can place the order by calling us at 1-631-225-6390.

Step 3:

Please enter your shipping and billing information. The billing address must match the address listed with your credit card company.

If you need to change the shipping information, please uncheck the box ‘Ship to this address’ located to the left of the address listed on the Billing and/or Delivery Information pages.  Enter your shipping address.

Step 4:

The shipping choices offered are through UPS Ground / FedEx / USPS Parcel Select / Freight. If you prefer a certain carrier or method over another, please contact us and let us know, and your account will be refunded/charged accordingly.  UPS and FedEx does not ship to PO boxes.  Most orders are processed within 24 to 48 hours, and will arrive to you within 5-10 business days. Oversized items such as exam room furniture will ship via freight carrier and arrive within 3 to 6 weeks.  Please contact us by phone or email for a freight shipping estimate.  Free shipping does not apply with freight shipments.  Please make sure to read our Shipping policy.

Expedited Shipping:

Many items are eligible to ship expedited, 2nd Day, or Next Day. Please call 1-631-225-6390 to ensure that the item can ship immediately and to get a quote (if you do not need a shipping quote, please contact us after you make an order and we will just charge your account for the faster shipping). Please note that weekends are not included in the delivery estimation. Saturday delivery is available upon request for select items shipping to select locations.

Step 5:

Select Payment Option. You can pay by credit card or PayPal.  This is the final step in completing the order. Please click on the payment option preferred. 

**International orders will be lead directly to PayPal. We do not accept credit cards issued outside the United States, or credit cards with a foreign billing address. Wire transfers, are available; please contact us for more information. 

Your credit card will be charged immediately after your order is submitted.  If you need to make any changes on your order, please contact our Customer Service department as soon as possible.  Most orders are processed on the same or next business day after they're received.

Step 6:

Review and click ‘SEND ORDER”. The final page will summarize all the information provided. Please look it over to make sure everything is correct. If there is something wrong, please contact us immediately and let us know. An e-mail will be sent automatically with the order confirmation number.  Please refer to this number if you have any questions regarding your order.

Step 7:

If you order requires artwork, you must upload the artwork to us.  On the top green bar by the logo, you will see, “Upload Files”.  Please click that and enter in your information.  PLEASE MAKE SURE TO ENTER YOUR ORDER NUMBER.  If your order requires a file for the front or the back, please include in the file name whether it is the front or back (for example, “businesscardfront.pdf”).  We would also recommend just putting the files into a ZIP file.
