Return Policy

Here at Prints Made Green, customer satisfaction is our top priority.  We want you to be completely satisfied with any purchase made with us. Prints Made Green stands behind all of our products and will take care of any situation on any products proven defective in materials and workmanship.  If you need to return or exchange something that you ordered, please contact us within 14 days of receipt of your purchase.  Items must be returned in brand new, unused, unopened, resalable condition, and in its original packaging.  Return shipping costs will be at the customer's expense.  Free shipping applies once.  If your order was $100.00 or more with free shipping, our actual new shipping costs will be deducted from your refund/credit.  Some of our products are offered with free shipping, so please note if you return a product that has free shipping, our actual outbound shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.  All returns will be inspected prior to issuing credit.  Restocking fees may be waived if exchanging for another item of equal or greater value.

All custom orders and products including but not limited to custom banner sales (blank or printed) are final and cannot be returned. The installation of a banner is as important if not more important than the material and finishing style selected. Because we have no control over how the banner is used or installed we only offer the warranty offered by the material manufacturer. This is limited to the cost of the material. Be sure you always pre-test for graphics adhesion before using. The customer assumes responsibility in determining product suitability for its intended use. Prints Made Green’s only obligation shall be to replace product proven to be defective.


• Step 1: Before returning any order you made, you must first fill out the RMA Form which can be found when you hover over "Policies" and obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. NO returns, of any type, will be accepted without an RMA number. The RMA form will ask for your customer information, order/invoice number, and the nature of the problem. All returns are subject to a 25% Restocking Fee. 

It is very important that the RMA number is clearly written on the outside of the shipping box and all RMA information is found within the package as well. Packages received without an RMA number or without authorization may not receive a credit and you will be responsible for any return shipping charges.

All products to be returned must be returned within 30 days from the invoice date, 100% complete, in resalable condition, and must include original packing material, manuals, blank warranty cards and other accessories provided by the manufacturer.

*UNAUTHORIZED RETURNS* Customers will not be credited and will be charged for shipping fees associated with unauthorized returns. Orders that are refused or rejected without prior approval may not be refunded or subject to higher restocking fees. Customers will be responsible for any new shipping fees incurred.  There will be no refunds for orders refused for nonpayment of Duties and/or Tax fees with international Orders in which UPS, USPS or FedEx was chosen.

• Step 2: If you paid for the purchase with a credit card, your account will be credited back the amount of the purchase once the product has been received and inspected minus actual shipping costs. Credits may take up to 5 business days to process.  If you paid with a check or money order, allow 10 business days to receive your refund check. Account credits must be used within 1 year of issue date.

• Step 3: On all product returns, you will be responsible to arrange and pay for the shipment of the product back to Prints Made Green.  You may use UPS, USPS, or FedEx.  Please make sure to have tracking information for any return shipments. 

• Step 4: We apologize for the inconvenience if you are returning an item that is defective or shipped in error by Prints Made Green. If this is the case, we will email a label, schedule a pick up, or reimburse you for the ship charges. We will do whatever is most convenient for you. For all other returns, you are responsible for the original delivery costs and the return shipping charges.

We reserve the right to make adjustments on our website due to errors, changing market conditions, product discontinuation, or typographical errors in advertisements. Pricing on products may change at any time without notice.

Please keep all packing material and documentation in the event that your equipment has to be serviced or returned.  


You can cancel an order at any time before it starts printing. Cancelled orders that have not been shipped may also be subject to a 25% restocking fee. Any special orders or items made per order may not be cancelled once order is processed.
