Shipping Information


We generally ship via FedEx for most US shipments (USPS and UPS can be requested and we will charge/refund accordingly). Shipping rates/pricing vary per zip code in the US.  Most orders are shipped within the stated products time from when you place your order. There are some items that may need assembling and may require additional time to ship. Shipments to P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO addresses will ship via the United States Postal Service (USPS).

Please note:

•The map above is a general representation of transit times for FedEx Ground shipments to commercial destinations. In limited areas, transit times may differ between shipments to commercial and residential destinations.

•FedEx Ground business days are Monday through Friday (excluding holidays). FedEx Home Delivery business days are Tuesday through Saturday (excluding holidays).

 Example: A package shipped via FedEx Ground on Monday with a transit schedule of 2 business days, (not including the day the package is shipped) would be expected for delivery on Wednesday. A package shipped on Friday with a 2-day transit schedule would be expected for delivery the following Tuesday.

Free Shipping:

You are eligible for the FREE SHIPPING promotion if your order fits ALL of the qualifications listed below:

  • Your order subtotal is $100.00 or more
  • Your order weighs less than 30 lbs and is not oversize.
  • Your order is paid in advance.
  • Free shipping is available only to the 48 contiguous states: (excludes Alaska, Hawaii, and all US Territories, APO/FPO and international countries.)


  • We reserve the right to charge a higher amount for shipping if the actual cost of the shipment is over $9.99 on orders $99.99 or less.  If this is the case, we will contact you and let you know.
  • Free shipping refers to UPS Ground, USPS Parcel Select, and FedEx Ground only.
  • If you prefer an expedited delivery additional charges will apply.  Please contact us.
  • Purchase orders, and credit lines are not eligible for free shipping since they are not prepaid.
  • All Freight Items are not returnable and do not qualify for free shipping.
  • All returns sent that are damaged, not restockable or without authorization, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping charges.

Please make sure that you provide a correct address or you will incur the $5.00 address correction charge from FedEx for ground shipments and $10 for expedited shipments.


FedEx automatically protects every shipment against loss or damage up to a value of US $100.00. By adding our shipping insurance option, you can request additional protection up to US$50,000.00 per package (please contact us about shipping insurance).  We will not hold any responsibility for lost packages if you do not select this option and UPS loses or damages your package. Please contact us for this.


International shoppers are more than welcome to place orders on our website. Currently, the only payment methods available are PayPal and wire transfers. We do not accept credit cards that are issued by international financial institutions. Free shipping does not apply on international orders.

Shipping charges for international orders cannot be calculated on our website so you would have to contact us to get an international shipping rate.  You may select UPS, FedEx or the US Postal Service as your shipping carrier. We strongly recommend UPS or FedEx as they are more secure and provide a tracking number. UPS, USPS, or FedEx  will charge additional taxes and duty fees upon delivery which you will be held responsible for. International shipments are occasionally delayed at Customs and they are more likely to get lost in transit. If your package was insured, we cannot make a claim until 45 days have passed from the ship date. If a claim needs to be filed, orders will not be resent until the claim has been approved. Insurance is optional and highly suggested. In the event that your package gets lost in transit, we will try our best to work it to your satisfaction. However, we will not take any responsibility for lost packages that are not insured or approved by our insurance and you will be responsible to place a new order. No refunds will be granted if your order gets lost and/or your insurance claim is denied.

International orders may take up to 24-48 hours to process if order is in stock (if an item is not in stock, the lead time is listed in the “Additional Information” tab in the item page). The customer is responsible for all tax, custom charges and wire transfer fees. If you refuse the package at customs or you fail to pick up your shipment and it is returned to us, you will not be refunded for shipping and you will be charged a 25% restocking fee.
